Conny Janssen Danst sends newsletters via e-mail. Through these newsletters, we inform you about performances, other news, special offers and competitions. Conny Janssen Danst’s email is hosted by Google. Conny Janssen Danst uses Google Workspace for this purpose. External IT administrators advise on this and provide Conny Janssen Danst with a secure IT environment.
PMS 72 / Combell
The website and backups of the website are hosted by PMS 72. Data you leave on the Conny Janssen Danst website is physically stored on the servers of Combell (hosting partner of PMS 72). These servers are located in Zaventem (Belgium) and thus fall under the same European law on personal data, or the GDPR.
Ticketmatic
Ticket sales for performances and other activities in our own studio and on location go through Ticketmatic. The tickets are sent by email after purchase and must be shown when entering House Conny Janssen Danst or on location.
When purchasing tickets through Ticketmatic, we ask for your data. These are only used to send the tickets and to establish your identity when we check the validity of tickets. In addition, Conny Janssen Danst is legally obliged to make postal codes and house numbers of ticket buyers available to Rotterdam Festivals as part of research into the audience reach of cultural institutions in Rotterdam. For this reason, it is compulsory to enter your zip code and house number when purchasing a ticket.
Failure to use tickets already purchased is at the visitor’s expense. Once obtained tickets cannot be exchanged nor will there be refunds.
4. Storage period
Your data will be kept by Conny Janssen Danst for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary, unless we have to keep your data for a longer period of time on the basis of a legal regulation.
Sending newsletters
Your email address will be stored in Mailing List. Optionally, your zip code will also be stored, to notify you of news in your area. The storage of your data is indefinite. You can unsubscribe whenever you want via the link at the bottom of the newsletters or by sending a mail to publiciteit@connyjanssendanst.nl.
Contact us
